Custom home builder in Niagara Falls Start from nothing.
The same team and the same order of work as every other job we do, on a bare lot. You deal with one person from the first drawing to the day you move in.
Oak cabinets and old tile out. White shaker cabinets, black stone counters and a new island in.
Stripped back to the subfloor. Rebuilt with grey flat-panel cabinets, black counters and marble-look floor tile.
Spray foam and new lines in the open wall. Then white shaker cabinets and a full tile wall. The protective paper was still on the island for this photo.

Questions
Before you break ground.
Do I need plans before I call?
No. The lot address and what you’re picturing is enough to start. If you have drawings, send them. If you don’t, we’ll talk through how to get them.
Do you build on a lot I already own?
Yes, that’s how most custom homes start. We build across the Niagara Region. Send us the address and we’ll come and walk it with you.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. They run on the same schedule as the trades, so you aren’t chasing them yourself.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the size of the home, the lot and the permit timeline. You get a written schedule with your price, so you know the plan before work starts.
How do I know what it will cost?
Once the plans are set you get a written scope and price. If something changes on site, you see it in writing before we do it.
