Layout + price
We measure up, talk through how you actually use the room, and give you a layout, finishes and a written price before anything is ordered.

Tear-out
Old cabinets, counters and flooring come out behind dust walls, with a clean site at the end of every day.

Walls + lines
While the walls are open: new lines, insulation and drywall, so what’s behind the cabinets is as new as what’s in front of them.

Floor + cabinets
The new floor, then cabinets and an island if the room can take one.

Stone + tile
Stone counters, then the tile backsplash, or a full tile wall.

Lighting + walkthrough
Lighting and the last details, then we walk it together. It isn’t done until you say it is.

Usually, yes. We put up dust walls, keep the site clean at the end of each day, and plan around how your household runs.
How do I know what my kitchen will cost?
You get a written price before anything is ordered or torn out. If something changes on site, you see it in writing before we do it.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
It depends on the size of the room and what we find behind the walls. You get a written schedule with your price, so you know the plan before work starts.
Can you change the layout or add an island?
Often, yes. We look at the room when we come out and tell you what it will and won’t allow before anything is ordered.
